ABN-AMRO realised it was time to work on their relationship. Specifically the one with home owning customers. In research ABN-AMRO scored a very low NPS (-23). Their business approach needs a more personal touch within the recognisable brand language.
Focussing on the possibilities that ABN-AMRO provides by helping you finance your future home. Opening doors. Together. Showing that we care by celebrating this moment without needing anything back from the customer.
To make a recognisable style within the brand language we created a kind and playfull 3D icon library. Also very good for give-away gimmicks and animation. Combining this with a human touch to show ABN-AMRO's human involvement.

Celebrating your homes birthday #woonverjaardag
An important part of the kick-off for this campaign is the celebration of every home owners house birthday. #woonverjaardag Reminding them of the house we bought together. And a small gift in cooperation with partners. In the first pilot we teamed up with Pathe Thuis. Making your house a home theater.
