Scenario Based Learning. Training people in Stadium Safety and Security.
Training based on risk, resources and location. Making it possible to create scenarios that show at what moment in time the decisions have the most value. Before, during or after the match.
Scenario Based Events screens
Creating different layers of training. Not just training in groups but making it easy to switch to plenary. Scanning the QR code with the integrated QR-reader. Making high volume training possible by sending out a unique guest link or taking it into your own hands by selecting a quick training in the dashboard.
The biggest challenge in this project was to create a modulair way for building scenarios and managing them. Therefor I reinvented the traditional structure of the client. The old structure was: Live sessions based on a scenario. This was hard to keep consistent and difficult to manage.

The new structure became: Events harness scenarios, these are build out of playlists. Playlist are a combination of media and questions or decisions.
As soon as a training is send or goes live this becomes a session. Session data is collected and can be managed and reviewed.
